social collectivities that make up the military academy students (future professional soldiers).

PL”>I was interested in two conceptual categories: the identity of students and social experience, and exactly the
experience of social change. In recent years,
social and political changes have led to a crisis of identity of military institutions that have lost the
status of the most important and stable
system of reference, and is increasingly characterized by uncertainty, risk.

PL”>These transformations have a direct
and indirect impact on the military education system in Poland, as well as students representing an element of the
system. Acting in these situations, struggling
with a strong sense of distance, strangeness and tension that it generates between competing logic action: for
example, between logic and the logic of
integration strategies, which make them choose between the imperative to build relationships and survival.

with this tension, build yourself a margin of freedom,
autonomy, its own interpretation of their experiences.
