my PhD life...
As a Phd I reallly feel the need of sharing and investigating what methods and embodied research methods are. Coming from a theatre background I am determined to use theatre in my research as a method for collecting 'data'.
my topic is broadly Urban geography, or better urban humen geography; in specific i am looking at the use of social theatre in the city of Turin, Italy.
Must say I am stil very much in love with my research and very much passionate about embodied methods, imporvisations adn all what entails the use of performative ( though I am quite looking at above the performative) methods. I am fond of the french philosopher Gilles deleuze and wish to use his concepts in my work.
I am based in Ireland, where today the sun is gloriously shining!!!
