Hi! I am a research student at the University of Surrey, working towards a PhD on the impact of new Government policies on homelessness. My research will be entirely qualitative, with narrative analysis as main investigation tool.
In my other life I am also part-time working for a homelessness organisation, in a policy and research role.

Studies on the theme of female celebrity and ageing. It is a long
held adage that women 'of a certain age' struggle to find work or

the deadline for applications for the 2010 Michael Young Prize is the 31st July 2009.
The Michael Young Prize is a partnership between The Young Foundation and the ESRC and aims to promote excellence in the social sciences by rewarding the very best early career researchers. The prize was set up in honour of the late Lord Michael Young of Darlington to encourage early career social science researchers to effectively communicate their socially relevant research to a non-academic audience.
