Finishing touches ahead of beta go live

It's been quite a while since I wrote on this blog - apologies all. The SAGE and iFactory teams have spent the last month busily testing the site and finalising functionality ahead of the Beta go-live.

In the past 4 weeks we have visited a number of institutions to carry out user testing on the live site. These sessions were a combination of 1-to1 and group sessions that allowed us to watch individuals use the site and identify any navigational issues that cropped up, as well as to get… Continue

Our marketing team has just produced a short video with some information about this series of titles - there are some great little anecdotes in here - worth a… Continue

SAGE Research Methods Online hits ALA

I've spent this past weekend in Washington DC at the American Library Association's summer conference. It's one of our biggest library shows and it was the first one that we've used to start promoting SRMO ahead of the launch.

The response was really fantastic. I was miked up for a couple of demos at the booth where so many people attended we ran out of chairs. Lots of librarians who visited us to…
