I'm doing an interpretivist, qualitative study, and am looking at the experiences of groups expected to generate creative ideas in their work. When do they/when don't they, and what personal and interpersonal factors are involved.

Dear Lounis, Thanks for your invitation. What is the research topic of your PhD? I started a PhD on Algerian independence, agrarian reform and autogestion in the 1960s but never completed it, and haven't worked on Algeria since then. My current concerns are qualitative research interviews using biographic narratives. I've published a book with Sage (2001) on the subject and also provide a free electronic copy of a Short Guide and Detailed Manual to Biographic Narrative interpretive Method to anyone who wants it. I'm not doing any research of my own at the moment, just teaching BNIM approaches in different contexts. Best wishes. Tom.
Dear Tom; That's Nadia from Algeria. That's to apologize for the mis-understanding that occurred. Lounis is my cousin and he used my PC. Hence, his page remained open. It's me who wanted to invite you and Lounis might be surprised when seeing this answer. Anyway, I'm Mrs Nadia Ahouari-Idri, a faculty lecturer in the Department of English. I'm working on the sources of fear of negative evaluation as a construct of anxiety in EFL university learners. I have first piloted the topic to test its feasibility using participant observation (where logs and activities take part of this technique), a questionnaire, an interview and a Before/After design (students were asked to talk about their feeling before and after exams).
As you might notice, I have used both quantitative and qualitative methods although the latter prevails. Would you mind share this with me and help me develop this theme. I am not good enough in qualitative analysis.
