I’m looking to supplement data gathered from interviews by analysing official documents of participants’ organisations, such as policies and strategies. Many organisations now post this kind of information on their website instead of having stand-alone documents. So I’m looking to analyse the content of organisations’ websites. After looking at what literature is available, qualitative content analysis (QCA) seems to be the best approach. Does anyone have any experience of using QCA and/or using this approach on website content? Any advice or possible references would be much appreciated.
