    Sir, I am analyzing the Data in Manova in SPSS version 23. and confused about the ouput analysis. First I found different out put with change in value of S, M, N under Multivariate Tests of Significance. Also not clear about the EFFECT— Within Cells Regression and EFFECT—- Constant. I have take Big Five Factor Model of personality where OCEAN (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extrovert, Agreeableness, Neurocitism) are canonical variables in one scale and Emotional Intelligence (Self emotion appraisal, Others emotion appraisal, Understanding of emotions,Regulation of Emotions) are variates. I have taken 61 Samples for analysis (all females)

    The analysis output in SPSS 23 are as follows.
    EFFECT .. WITHIN CELLS Regression
    Multivariate Tests of Significance (S = 4, M = 0, N = 25 )
