The Child and Woman Abuse Studies Unit (CWASU), established in 1987, has a national and international reputation for its research, evaluation and consultancy. It also runs the only MA in Woman and Child Abuse in Europe, and has a growing post-graduate programme.
CWASU requires an experienced Research Fellow to complete ongoing research projects, including projects on domestic homicide and, teenage pregancy and non-consensual sex. Experience of research/evaluation design and quantitative data analysis is essential. The ability to work on your own initiative and to be flexible is crucial, as is an understanding of violence against women and/or children.
