I am doing a project on employee engagement which is intended to find the key drivers for employee engagement, I have 40 questions related to the factors like,
1. Job satisfaction
2. Organizational Strategies
3. Benefits, Pay, Growth Opportunities
4. Supervisor Relationship
I have used the 5 Point (1 for Strongly disagree – 5 for Strongly agree) Likert scale in the questionnaire and I have collected the data with the sample size of 40 in a company. Now I am in the process of analyzing the data.
I want to calculate the overall engagement score for each sample. Doing an average of all the factors would yield the engagement score, Is it a right process to calculate the engagement score or are there any standard in calculating the engagement score for a sample?.
