    Hi,

I would like to know of other people using a methodology of interpretive interactionism.

My PhD topic is on how small non-profit organisations (microboards) are used to address issues faced by young people who have complex communication needs and profound intellectual disability.

    Cheers,

    Hi Ellen,

I used an interpretive interactionism approach for my (almost completed) EdD. I researched an early intervention program for young children who are blind. I think it has a lot of potential for research in the disability field. I am actually trying to find other studies in the disability field that use it but not having much luck so if you know of any, I’d love to hear about them! Most of what I’ve found has been from the nursing field.
