Methods and tools for measuring accessibility and usability

I am currently searching data bases for methods/tools for measuring usability and accessibility of web-based health information. But, it doesn’t necessarily have to be “health information”, I am oppen for tools used to measure usability/accessibility of web-based information that can be applied to health information. OR tips on which data bases to search.
