I am running a masters at the Tavistock Centre London in Organizational Consultancy and
am interested in developing new methodologies using psychoanalysis in social and organizational settings.
Anybody with any thinking or experience in this area, be good to hear from you
    Thanks

You should check out a book by Hollway and Jefferson called ‘Doing Qualitative Research Differently’. http://www.uk.sagepub.com/booksProdDesc.nav?prodId=Book209957&

The book is focused on psychosocial approaches to research and the authors’ ‘Free-Association Narrative Interview’ method sounds like it could be interesting to you.
