I suppose you could try Rosenzweig’s Picture Frustration test adapted in India by Udai Pareek. It is a semi projective test assessing direction and types of aggression, and is interesting enough to engage the attention of persons with mental illness. There are also a number of self report inventories available – ask your test vendor. One famous test is the STAXI, by Spielberger that assesses trait and state anger. But a semi projective test be my first choice.
