Hi, everybody. I am doing research on “Employees work engagement and intension to quit”. From literatures I found out that work engagement can be measured by Utrecht work engagement scale (UWES) and intension to quit is measured by propensity to leave scale. But, I didn’t get detail information. Anyone having information about the above measurements can help me.

The UWES test manual that you send is very helpful for me.Thank you. But, I face difficulty to find the full reference for propensity to leave scale because I coudn’t find a free version of the document from the link and I don’t have access to credit cards.
