    Hello,

I am a postgraduate student interested in researching work family conflict and balance using qualitative methodology.

I will appreciate any guidelines to help me start the bal a rolling . I feel very confused otherwise. I am certain though that that is the area of interest for me.

    Hi Mounia,

I would suggest that you seek some help from your supervisor if you’re a PhD student. They should be able to help you develop your research questions and then choose your research method.

There are also lots of good books that could help you get started. A few suggestions are below.

    Good luck!

Once you have your research questions and do a comprehensive literature review, you’ll have a fair idea of what method will be best for your project.

Interviews and critical data analysis may pop up.

    Good luck!
