Considering the fact that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and has the capability of spreading information all around the world, it makes it not as a quality but as a duty and takes every measure to avoid the inclusion of any kind of wrong or misleading information. Therefore, it does have rules of its own and it does tell all the Wikipedia Writing Services to refrain from the things that are told to be avoided in the prescribed guidelines for Wikipedia pages. Every writer must avoid those things when writing for Wikipedia. Do you think Wikipedia would be able to maintain its qualities by keeping track of these things?
