Hi Nick and members of the Intercultural Effectiveness group,

I am a lecturer and researcher from an Australian universitiy with a strong interest in global leadership, global mobility skills, global competencies and cultural intelligence. I am very interetsed in the need to have these skills and competencies embedded in undergraduate curriculum for buisness and management students.
I look forward to some interesting discussions.
