It looks like I just doubled the size of the group 🙂
I have an interest in three highly inter-related areas, stress, resilience and employee engagement.
I work part time at Bradford University where I teach things like the Psychology of Work. My main job is doing consultancy work in those three areas.
This works well as going into organisations (115 to date) gets me the data for my research. The last couple of years that has been on developing a reliable and valid measure of resilience.
